The ICC prosecutor calls for arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Hamas leaders.

The international Crime Courts’ ICC prosecutor has called for arrest warrants of Netanyahu and Hamas leaders over war crimes. Karim Khan shared that ICC has issued the statement and have applied for arrest warrants of Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, Netanyahu Hamas Chief Yahya Sinwar, Mohammad Al- Masri and Ismail Haniyeh.

ICC prosecutor shared that these men bear criminal responsibility for alleged crimes and crime against humanity. On the other hand, Israeli and Hamas leaders has rejected the allegations of ICC over committing war crimes. However, a panel of pre-trial judges will determine whether the either the evidence supports the issuing of arrest warrants or not. Keeping in mind that there is warning issued by aid agencies regarding widespread of hunger, shortages of medicine and fuel in Gaza.
