“iCube Qamar” Successfully entered into Lunar Orbit

iCube Qamar Pakistan’s first space mission has successfully entered into lunar orbit. iCube Qamar which is Pakistan’s and Muslim World’s first space mission to moon has successfully entered into lunar space. iCube Qamar was launched with Chinese Mission Cheng6 from Hainan Space launch site. iCube Qamar entered in lunar space at 1:14PM according to Pakistani time and  will remain in moon orbit for 3 to 6 months.

SPARCO spokesperson shared that imaging payload of iCube Qamar is fully functional and will be under probing with the help of Satellites for next two days. He further shared that this mission will remain in experimental stages for next 5 to 6 days after reaching in lunar orbit. it is expected that iCube Qamar will share first image of moon on May 16 after completing is testing and experimental period.
