Punjab Government has decided to run electric and hybrid buses in Lahore and Other cities

Punjab Government has decided to operate electric and hybrid buses in Lahore and other cities of Punjab. Government announced this decision in recent Punjab Assembly that Hybrid buses will be operated in Lahore and other cities of Punjab. Transport Minister Bilal Akbar shared that initially these hybrid buses will be operated in major cities of Punjab including Lahore.

During Assembly session the opposition leader Mushtaq Ahmed protested that all development budget of Punjab is being spent on Lahore while there is a serious issue of traffic jam in other cities of Punjab as well.
