USA pitches are not up to the mark: ICC admits

International Cricket Council has admitted that pitches used for T20 world cup 2024 are not up to the mark. According to sources ground staff is working to fix the pitches for rest of the tournament.

The temporary Nassau County International Cricket Stadium has hosted two games of the tournament and due to movement and bounce which made the batting very difficult. Due to compromised standards of pitches Sri Lanka scored only 77 runs which was their lowest ever against South Africa. Similarly, the match between India and Ireland was one sided. Nassau County International Cricket stadium will host big game between India and Pakistan on Sunday.
